Invergo Pinot Noir – this medium bodied, crunchy bright Pinot recently won a Gold review from Halliday Wine with 95 points. This Pinot Noir was also awarded Best Pinot Noir in NSW last year. Retailing at $40 and sold exclusively via our See Saw Website and Cellar Door the Invergo Pinot Noir is a great choice when wanting a bottle to impress dinner party guests or to enjoy over a delicious spicy ragu on a winters night.
Satsuma plum, rolls of cherry roulade and Assam tea leaf. Some bay leaf, juniper spice and salted licorice. The flow across the palate shows a deft hand at crafting tannins intertwined with bunch work and juicy, ethereal acidity. This is a wine for consideration and hours of pleasure, as it opens more across a couple of hours. Serve in big burgundy glasses and with some gamey meat – this is the date night wine you’ve been hoping for.

Produced from our most premium organic fruit that has been hand-picked from our high altitude vineyards this range is showcases the best fruit from our vineyard. Retailing at $80 and sold exclusively via our See Saw Website and Cellar Door the Fulcra Pinot Noir is a special wine to share for those celebratory occasions or makes the perfect gift.
Whole berries fermented in open top fermenters; matured in French oak puncheons, 25% new. A deeply layered wine with equal choruses of savoury black and red berries. Black raspberries, blood plums and dark cherry skin. There is a toffee apple mid-palate with sinewy tannins and pleasant-to-the-extreme, drawn out, graceful acidity. If you prefer your pinot noir punchy and fruit filled, this might be skipped over, but if you enjoy the earthy characters in tow with ripe fruit, you’ll be in a happy place. Terracotta clay, maple leaf and pine mushroom. Oak is brooding with cumin, mace and paperbark tree. Beautiful.

A provocative wine with potent notes of black fruit. Briar, blackberry and coils of red licorice. The shrubbery adds an extension of flavour to the plummy and cherry fruit. So, too, does the savoury lick of oak, five-spice, clove and leather pouch It’s hard to go past at its absurd $27 pricepoint. Tannins have some staying power, and the potting soil and underbrush continue on for moments after. Buy cases and thank your past self later.
