Orange Wine Festival Food Experience
Planning on attending the Orange Wine Festival this October? See Saw Wine has the ultimate food & wine offering you don’t want to miss and it’s available 7 days a week.
In collaboration with local chef Richard Learmonth, See Saw Wine is offering a seasonal food pairing that showcases the best seasonal produce from the region alongside a selection of our organic wines.

The experience starts with a tasting of our 2025 Rosecco, a blend of Prosecco and Pinot Noir.
This Spring chef Richard Learmonth has paired the white wines with a hand made Rotolo Pasta stuffed with Ricotta & Spinach with a Pine Nut and Brown Butter Sauce. See Saw head winemaker, Monica Gray has selected to showcase the 23 Invergo Riesling, 23 GEE GEE and 22 Invergo Chardonnay on the white wine menu.

Our three red organic wines includes the 23 MARGE, 23 Invergo Pinot Noir and 19 Fulcra Shiraz. These selection of reds are paired with a Braised Duck Leg with Red Cabbage and Fennel.

The Seasonal Food & Wine experience is guided by one of our cellar door team, and takes you through our organic winemaking process and explains how our fruit is produced from our three vineyard sites across different levels of elevation. The Orange Wine Region is known for the high altitude and cool climate environment which makes our wines so unique.
