What an exciting month for our See Saw team and the Orange Wine Region. Our 2026 See Saw Prosecco has been named Best Prosecco at the Australian Sparkling Wine Show, and the timing couldn’t be sweeter: this year marks ten years of See Saw Prosecco.

When we planted Glera on our Orange vineyards, we were the only growers in the region to give the Prosecco grape a go. A decade on, to see that bet recognised against the best sparkling wines in the country is something we’re incredibly proud of.

About the winning wine

The 2026 Prosecco is everything we love about Glera grown in Orange’s high, cool climate: bright, fresh and made for celebrating. Like all our wines, it is certified organic, vegan friendly and made only from our own estate fruit.

In the winery we keep things gentle. The juice is cold-settled, then fermented long and cool in stainless steel to hold on to those delicate fruit aromas. The result is a light, dry style that sits at around 10% alcohol, so it’s easy to enjoy a second glass.

In the glass, expect pale lemon colour and lively bubbles, bright green apple crunch, with a harmonious balance of fruit and acidity

It’s a natural partner for long lunches, summer afternoons and cheese boards.
