Pinot Gris needs balance more than most. Cropped at the right level on our pristine Orange hillside, it produces wine that is luscious, beautifully aromatic and perfect with Asian influenced food.

Shiraz Mourvedre

Cool climate Shiraz is beguiling. Hints of white pepper and spicy fruit flavours pair perfectly with lamb and other slow cooked meat dishes. There are those that argue that Orange is where Shiraz ultimately finds its own balance in Australia.

Shiraz from vines planted on deep red basalt soils in Orange with Mourvedre from the foothills of Orange in the Central Ranges, NSW

COLOUR

Dark red/purple with a youthful magenta hue.

AROMA

A lifted and fragrant aroma of dark berry fruits, violets, crushed herbs and briars.

PALATE

The palate is medium bodied with savoury flavours and a long finish. The appealing structure is balanced with grippy tannins that will soften with time in the bottle.

Pinot Noir is the ultimate test of patience and timing. It requires exact balancing of slowly ripened fruit flavour and natural acidity framed with silky oak tannins. That’s always our goal with our Pinot. Try it with duck, cured meat or perhaps even a

AROMA

Bright and attractive aromas of black cherries, spice and briar earthiness.

PALATE

A balanced, fruit dominant Pinot Noir. It is light to medium-bodied with cherry, blueberry and strawberry flavours held within a beautiful structure with dusty tannins and a fantail of length.
